A non-refundable and non-transferable Travel planning fee will apply. This fee will not be applied to your booking. The fee is for our travel services and all work that will be done to ensure you have a seamless vacation experience.
Standard Vacation Planning Assistance Fee
This white-glove planning service allows us to plan, research and book every element of your vacation from the list above, all while staying within your budget and in alignment with your personal travel style. We will provide you with a customized quote between 3-5 business days.
Expedited Vacation Planning Assistance Fee
This white-glove planning service allows us to plan, research and book every element of your vacation from the list above, all while staying within your budget and in alignment with your personal travel style. We will provide you with a customized quote within 24-48 business hours
Group Vacation Planning Assistance Fee
This white-glove planning service allows us to plan, research and book every element of your vacation from the list above for your entire group, all while staying within your budget and in alignment with your personal travel style. A group consists of 10 booked rooms or 8 booked cruise cabins. We will provide you with a customized quote between 7-14 business days
Event Planning Assistance Fee
A non-refundable Event Planning Fee is required for all events. It is due at the time of booking. This fee is not applied to the event cost with the supplier.
Events
This white-glove planning fee allows us to plan, research and book every element of your event from the list above, all while staying within your budget and in alignment with your personal event style. We will provide you with a customized quote between 7-14 business days. A deposit of $250 is due at the time of service. The remaining balance will need to be paid at the time of booking your event.
